- Provision of Software as a Service (SaaS) for both e-Mobility Service Provider and Charging Point Operator (eMSP/CPO)
- White label application for electric vehicle (EV) users with DEI blue branding for both iOS and Android
- Customer account configuration via a website
- Complete management of cloud-based platform operations and support services, including maintenance operations and incident management, full customer support and guidance for DEI blue customers through 24/7/365 Help Desk services in Greek and English, as well as support for the creation of new accounts and contracts
- Development for external backend and frontend system components:
- Ability to connect to DEI blue CRM with integrated implementation and campaign delivery services to mobile and email channels, customer billing and financial settlements
- Interfacing with DEI blue ERP system and the relevant government agencies (AADE), as well as other additional developments and implementations that arose during its progress
