Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with strong technical leadership skills and a passion for building scalable cloud services.

During your day, you will:

• Lead a software development team and guide technical decisions
• Build and integrate new assets into our suite of cloud-based solutions
• Translate business problems into well-designed, tested software solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance
• Collaborate closely with engineering and business teams across domains such as Smart Metering and e-Mobility (EV)

To be a fit, you will need:

• A degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with hands-on work in Python, .NET / C#, or similar technologies
• Strong familiarity in cloud environments and hands on work in IaC tools (AWS, Terraform)
• Solid understanding of Linux and scripting (e.g., Bash)
• Experience with open-source data frameworks (e.g. Kafka)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Basic knowledge of Telecom, Networking & Security principles

Nice to Have (not required):

• Experience in Utilities (Smart Metering) or / and e-Mobility (EV) sectors
• A postgraduate degree (MSc) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
