Electrical Engineer – HV/MV Networks Design & Engineering

About the Role:

Our Company is looking for an Electrical Engineer – HV/MV Networks Design & Engineering to join our Protection and Control Applications Department.

During your day, you will:

• Create detailed designs of electrical systems such as transformers, switches, motors, fuses, breakers and wiring
• Draft preliminary drawings of electrical systems, such as wiring diagrams and floor plans showing where electrical outlets will be placed in a field
• Recommend materials and equipment based on cost, quality and availability
• Conduct surveys of existing facilities to determine the nature of electrical problems or issues that may need to be addressed during construction and real-time on the field

To be a fit, you will need:

• Familiarization with designing, engineering and commissioning of HV/MV networks
• Professional skills with AutoCAD software package
• A good grasp of power system protection & control aspects
• Experience with operation and control design regarding the HV/MV equipment
• Familiarization with specifications of the Utility and Renewables sectors
• Good knowledge of the English language
